Due to the nature of our business, we DO NOT provide refunds for services rendered on your behalf. Just as a Doctor would not examine your problem, provide a diagnosis, and issue a refund for services rendered, neither do we. You have 3 days from the date you signed your agreement to cancel your program and receive a refund for the Restoration program fees minus the enrollment and consultation fees. We do not provide refunds for services rendered. However, because we want to ensure that we are always working in your best interest, if for any reason your credit does not improve from the time that we start working on your behalf until the time our service agreement ends, we will offer an additional 60 days of service at NO additional charge.
You will be required to provide us all required and requested updates, have not enrolled in another credit restoration program, provided documents received in response of the work we have performed for you and have not done anything outside of the Credit Action plan that we provide for you to followthat would cause adverse actions to your progress. i.e., applying for new credit that we have not recommended, not paying existing debts timely, not using existing credit responsibly which causenegative impacts and could adversely affect your credit are a few examples.
