Creditor and Collector Disputes
To get the best results, you have to go beyond the credit bureaus as they are just one piece of the a BIGGER puzzle. The laws allow you to dispute directly with the creditors and the collection agencies to get inaccurate information removed from your credit reports. We know this and provide direct disputes on your behalf with creditors and collectors for no additional charge.
Our Refund Policy
Due to the nature of our business, we DO NOT provide refunds for services rendered on your behalf. Just as a Doctor would not examine your problem, provide a diagnosis and issue a refund for services rendered , neither do we. With that stated, we want to ensure that we are always working in your best interest. If your credit does not improve from the time that we start working on your behalf until the time our service agreement ends, we will offer an additional 60 days of service at NO additional charge. You must have provided us all required and requested updates, documents received in response of the work we have performed and have not done anything outside of the Kredit Action Plan that we provide for you to follow; that would cause adverse actions to your progress. ie, applying for new credit, not paying existing debts timely, mismanaging credit usage are a few examples. Always reac out to your Kredit Advisor for help and we will make sure we provide an amicable solution. We are here to support your Kredit Success.
No-Hassle Cancellation Policy
Want to cancel your service? No problem! There is no yearly or monthly contracts with our credit restoration and counseling programs. All services are month- to- month and you can cancel at any time.

We want to make sure that you are happy and t proper expecations are set prior to starting with our services, to ensure this happens we offer a Complimentary Kredit review with no strings attached.
